Montgomery County Republican Club’s Person of the Month: Robin Ficker

Reading Time: 2 minutes

Congratulations Robin Ficker

The Montgomery County Republican Club would like to recognize Robin Ficker for his yeoman’s work in bringing important ballot referendums for Montgomery County.   Robin in 2016 single-handedly collected the bulk of signatures needed to put Term Limits on the Ballot.  This past overwhelmingly at the ballot box.

2020 is no exception Robin this past week deliver his petition signature to the County Executive Office building containing over 16000 Signatures from Independents, Democrats, and Republicans.  This The measure, if approved, would limit property taxes to the rate of inflation.

I asked Robin how do you collect so many signatures, do you hire a firm to collect these signatures?  Robin replied no, the problem with hiring organizations to collect signatures, the signatures are very unreliable.  I stand out at the Giants and Safeway stores with my loyal volunteers to collect all 16000 + signatures.

Congratulations Robin Ficker on another successful Ballot Initiative brought to the ballot

You can come and meet Robin Ficker in person on March 18, 2020, at the Montgomery County Republican Clubs Pizza and Politics. Robin will be letting everyone in on his secret for collecting signatures for ballot initiatives successfully.
