Last night, the Montgomery County Republican Club rolled out the red, white, and blue carpet for a legend in conservative politics: David Bossie. Yes, that David Bossie—Republican National Committeeman from Maryland, Trump whisperer, and board member of our very own MoCo GOP Club. He’s been with Trump longer than most Democrats have been with the truth. And when Bossie speaks, Republicans listen—especially the ones still smarting from their property tax bills and school board meetings that feel like sociology lectures from Berkeley.

Bossie didn’t just speak—he delivered a victory lap, a halftime speech, and a political pep rally all in one. The focus? President Trump’s first 100 days back in office. And spoiler alert: it’s been an action movie, not a documentary.

BORDER SECURITY: MAKE DEPORTATIONS GREAT AGAIN

Let’s start with the meat and potatoes: immigration. According to Bossie, Trump’s return to the Oval Office has already led to the deportation of over 69,000 illegal aliens. That’s not just a number—it’s a message. The days of open borders, sanctuary cities, and “just let them go” policies are over. Somewhere between a Town Hall and a tailgate party. Everyone there knew one thing: this ain’t 2020 anymore. Trump’s back. Bossie’s back. And the Republicans of Montgomery County are ready to fight smarter and louder (and, if we’re lucky, with working microphones next time).

Bossie took time to thank the grassroots warriors—club members, precinct chairs, the guy who still wears his “Hillary for Prison” shirt to Costco. He reminded us that Trump’s victories are our victories. It was a rare night where Republicans in deep-blue MoCo didn’t feel like political orphans—we felt like a family. A loud, proud, slightly sarcastic family that wants gas under $3 and history taught without footnotes from The 1619 Project.

LOOKING AHEAD

Bossie closed with this: “The mission continues.” And yeah—it does. Because the Left hasn’t gone to sleep, they’ve just gone further off the rails.
